Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago. Special note: We take your safety very seriously and have included an aggressive disinfection protocol in all of our cleanings between guests. If you are coming to the Wasatch Back for several months and need a fully furnished home that exudes quality, craftsmanship, high-end appointments, and appreciate all that the Red Ledges community has to offer, this is the place. This home comes with a limited number of rounds of golf on the Jack Nicklaus course and full access to all standard community perks. If you are traveling in the winter, take advantage of the free shuttle to Deer Valley and the St. Regis Resort where you will be pampered as a Red Ledges Member. Many of our guests that stay here are current property owners planning to build or waiting on completion of their new custom Red Ledges residence.
