An outdoor fireplace, large TV, outdoor kitchen with two refrigerators and a wine fridge, and plenty of comfortable seating make this spot desirable for gathering for events and making unforgettable memories. The outdoor space has dining for 12 with seating for 25.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the cathedral ceiling, the airy vibes, the plush furniture, and the comfort radiating from every corner. Make yourself at home by hosting a streaming movie marathon on the large TV or curl up by the fireplace with a good book. French doors open up to the outside for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Hobby chefs will love utilizing the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a large floating island breakfast bar. Serve your loved ones home-cooked meals in the dining room, outfitted with a formal dining table.

Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, showcasing an incredible view and natural light through the oversized window, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Each room is unique and eclectic, offering a sense of style to accompany a comfortable stay. There are three rooms with cribs, two of them separate nurseries, available for little guests. There are also two high chairs, a jogging stroller with infant carrier, an infant bath, a baby swing, toys, books, and an activity mat.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
