Almost Heaven on Lake Wedowee

Summary:
This like new home is going to blow you away with the GORGEOUS open water views from every bedroom/ oversized porch/ and private dock. You'll love the seclusion, but convenience to restaurants and shops. We have left no detail untouched with upgraded amenities including a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar/ luxury mattresses, comforters, sheets, and towels/ pool and ping pong table/ custom fire pit/ dedicated workspace. We have connections to a great boat rental company if you’d like to rent.

The Space:
As you enter the open kitchen/ living/ dining area you'll immediately notice all of the oversized windows with immediate views of the lake. As you walk out the French doors you'll be on the top level deck with that hosts a swinging bed, and outdoor dining table plus amazing views of open year round water and our private dock. (Yes, you can store your boat here, if needed) Down at the dock we've provided extra seating, 2 kayaks (*use at your own risk), and a 6x18 ft Lilly pad that is fun for the entire family to use. There is a 1/2 bathroom on this main level, laundry room and also a master bedroom with private full bathroom. Downstairs there are 2 more master bedrooms (one with an additional bunk bed in the walk in closet) with private full bathrooms and a another semi private bedroom with a double bunk bed with a pull out trundle. Each bedroom has a 50 inch smart that we have on guest mode so you can use any of your own apps and have provided cable. We have Starlink internet that works amazing for work or streaming. In each room in our home you will have incredible lake views and we promise you will be so comfortable you won't want to go home.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Lake Wedowee is a hidden treasure 90 miles from both Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL. It is an 11,000 acre lake with some of the cleanest and most stunning water in the southeast. Our lakefront home is also located within 15 minutes of Downtown Wedowee which boasts small town charm with shops, restaurants, and fun things to enjoy.

Getting Around:
The area around our home is easily accessible by boat or car. We have parking spaces for 4 cars. Our large 26 ft dock will hold most boats.
