Great property for a group stay. Lots of room inside and out. In the country but close to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would do it again in a heartbeat.

This property was the perfect spot located close to the work we were in town to conduct. Lovely furnishings and cozy amenities made it easy to relax at the end of the day. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe. Thank you for hosting us, would love to stay here again!

Perfect stay for a wedding

Should you need to stay in Amite for a wedding, this home is clean and about a 13 minute drive to The Greenery and The Berry Barn. Son got married and this was the perfect home base for us and family.

So comfortable, quiet and peaceful!

We were in town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. We had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the outdoor space. The patio and backyard were great to just hangout. The owners were very responsive and so friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for a family wedding at the Fleur De Lis Tea Farm. The location was very close to the venue. We were very pleased with the property! NYE Wedding

We came into Amite for a family wedding. We were a multi-generation group of 8 total people. The property was so clean and spacious — we could even spread out and not be in each other’s way. If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

Quiet and Clean

We were in Amite for a wedding at the Greenery. We chose this property because it was in the country and we weren’t disappointed! It was spotless and had everything we needed! Shannon is a wonderful hostess. She lives on the adjacent property and dropped by to change the AC filter. I’m so glad we got to meet her! She gave great tips on places to eat and where to find boudin. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area!

Great place/needs extra supplies

We ran out of toilet paper 1/2 way through the trip. There were no big black bags to put garbage in and we had a lot of garbage for 4 days. And ran out of washing detergent. Other than low on supplies, the house was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the cows that we did pet and the miniature ponies that we also petted.

I always leave two rolls of toilet paper in each of the two bathrooms (4 rolls), 3 washing machine pods and I pick up outside garbage can and replace it when notified it’s needed. I live on the adjacent property so I always tell my guest if they need anything please feel free to call me at anytime. When this booking was made I was told it would be 4 adults and 1 child therefore I believed 4 rolls would be fine for 4 days. I didn’t know you would bring 9 people with you. Nor did I know you would try to access my LOCKED closet and pull the screws out of the door. Wish you would have reached out to me during the stay and we could have cleared all of this up.
