If you are looking for a place to get away from your busy city life, this is the place you're looking for. This recently remodeled home is great for a weekend or a week of relaxing and fishing. Recently remodeled private house with a pier located in Arroyo City, TX
Great for relaxing and getting away from the city life.
* Private pier with green light
* BBQ pit available
**NO SMOKING inside the house, only outside
* No cable, only over the air local stations
* Blu-ray player available for use
** No internet is available
* Smart TV is available, you are welcome to use your own hot spot and log in to your own streaming services (ex: Netflix, Hulu)
* House has A/C units
*There is a cleaning fee of $50 that has been added to the total due. Addition measures in cleaning are being taken to maintain the safest environment as possible. This is separate from the cabin rental fees. There is a check out procedure that MUST be followed.
