Apartment 1 is on the ground floor and boasts an artistic old world quality of beauty, with soft lighting, double sized bed, full kitchen with a large fridge, private bathroom and private entrance. The A/C works great. The space is very clean and quaint, being one of three private apartments within our Villa. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, walking distance to everything!
The home is 4 blocks from 5th Ave and the center of Playa del Carmen, beach, bus and ferry to Cozumel. Depending on how many times you stop along the way it takes 5-10 minutes to walk there. Everything is convenient and close, making this the perfect place to experience all Playa del Carmen has to offer while being located within the first original neighborhood in the Centro, bringing you more safety and peace, in general.

Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
I chose this neighborhood, because it is literally the closest neighborhood of homes closest to the center of Playa and the beach. It is truly a unique location. I did not want to live in a condo and be subject to an outside entity taking care of repairs, wifi, water outages, etc. I wanted to have the privacy of solace of this beautiful private home and yet be as close as you can be to 5th Av, the beach, shopping and entertainment.
The neighborhood has locals and international residents. Itâs varied and beautiful. I wanted an authentic experience here not separated from the real Playa del Carmen!

My property is a beautiful 2 story home with 30 foot ceilings in the main house, open air screens let the sea winds blow through, keeping it cool in the mornings, naturally. The whole property has air conditioned. Casa de la Curadora has a beautiful tiled courtyard with tropical plants and a great big balcony for star gazing and relaxing. My favorite feature is the deep soaking tub in the main house and the independent and fully equipped apartments are so cute and convenient for me to invite guests into!
The home is adorned with hand painted tiles, beautiful ceiling fixtures, lots of natural light and artistic flair. The furniture is lovely, being native hard woods, leather and soft plush velvets. Itâs an artists dream!
