Welcome to The Suite On York! This is a beautiful studio with a full bathroom, kitchenette, patio deck and yard located in Eagle Rock. We are minutes away from the popular Highland Park and Glassell Park neighborhoods as well as Occidental College. Comes equipped with TV, mini-fridge, closet with chest of drawers, filtered water and more. Private entrance as well as a secluded outdoor deck and dining area to use and enjoy. Perfect for 1-2 guests looking to experience Northeast LA
The space
The suite features many amenities, including a plush Queen-sized bed with pillows and linens, Smart TV with streaming apps, nightstand with USB-charging lamp, Bluetooth-enabled speaker system, vintage loveseat sofa, full-body mirrors, room-darkening electric window shades, an island counter with stool seats as well as lush green indoor plants and eclectic artwork.

Kitchenette has an electric stove and mini-fridge / freezer along with a filtered water tap, microwave, water kettle and Nespresso machine (with pods to use!). Plates, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils also provided.

Unit also features a closet with chest of drawers, iron / ironing board, and hangers for luggage and clothes. Bathroom and shower includes fresh towels as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Our outdoor space has two dining tables and a large seating area enclosed by surrounding greenery and plentiful shade.

And don't forget the A/C! The unit is connected to our home's central air for air-conditioning and heat.
Guest access
The suite occupies a lower-unit space below our main house, and guests have full access to the studio as well as the adjoining outdoor deck and backyard. The unit is accessible via a separate outdoor stairs entrance, perfect for guests looking for privacy.
