Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place, yet you feel as if you’re in a cozy cabin hideaway. Our cabin is tucked in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, with two pools to enjoy. You will feel relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Great stay

We loved the cabin. The kids really enjoyed it. Cabin was very clean inside, but could use some work on the balconies. It was very spacious . We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, balconies, and the game room. The upstairs bedroom really needed more lighting. Would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was full of ants. You could not put anything on the counter because the ants would pack it off. The television only had one channel on the tv in the living room. The air conditioning keep going up and down. Not a good experience for us.

Property is very clean and very convenient. Need to give more instructions on the Cooling system and the outside lighting on side of cabin stays on at night. Also watch out for Racoons. Be sure and use the trash can that is bear proof. The normal trash can will be attacked by the racoon. LOL. However, overall, a very good experience. Enjoyed the stay overall. Game room is great for kids.

Clean cabin, good location, but a few issues

Overall, the cabin and our stay was great. Everything was especially clean on the inside. We enjoyed the dining room area to play games with our family. The location of the cabin is fantastic. We were able to get anywhere within 10-15 min in Pigeon Forge. The outside furniture on all the porches were filthy. I understand its outside, but dirt and dust was caked on everything. Our biggest let down was the downstairs bedroom. This cabin is listed as two king beds and one queen. But, the downstairs bedroom was definitely a full size bed, not a queen. We were specifically looking for cabins that had larger beds for everyone, so this was disappointing. We did have some noisy neighbors and people drag racing up the hill, but that really can't be controlled.

Great location but hot tub disappointed

Location of this house is within minutes of the main attractions and restaurants of Pigeon Forge! An ideal house for families with a spacious room with attached full bathroom on each floor. Game room kept the kids occupied for hours (although the arcade game did not work, rental host said they had been waiting on a technician to come fix) and upstairs is great for card games and porches for rocking chairs. The big disappointment was the hot tub. Smell was horrid
a mix of mold/mildew/fish
and murky water. Not sure if it was the cover or the water, but either way we couldn’t stand it for more than a few minutes. Typically when looking for mountain rentals a hot tub is a priority amenity. Unfortunately, the kids and us were only able to enjoy for about 30 minutes total. After getting out it was immediate showers due to the smell being on our bodies, bathing suits and hair!

Bed was broken and we had to go buy stuff to fix it, also had to go buy towels and wash clothes because we didn't want to have to do laundry everyday after showering. Cabin is in a good location but is in need of some updates and general maintenance.
