The Suite is part of a charming estate located in one of the lush private suburbs of Montego Bay. It is 7 miles to MBJ airport with close access to water sports, rafting, golf, shops, spa, beach, entertainment, local transportation, and more. This spacious home is fully Staffed including cook and security personnel. The entire estate is also available for private booking or you can book one room for two. You can enjoy your quiet personal space and be one with nature, This beautiful home boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the jeweled City lights dazzling in Montego Bay at night.
It is situated on over two acres of manicured gardens. The inner city, casino, Hip- Strip and restaurants are all accessible within 5-15 minutes drive. The Estate has 7 queens size beds, 4 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, access to living and dining rooms, kitchenette/wet bar, great outdoor, patio, a children's play area. a lovely swimming pool and more. You will be assisted by an attentive staff and a resident manager. The staff will take good care of you and cook your meals in the main kitchen. Delicious Jamaican cuisine, breakfast lunch and dinner can be prepared for you daily upon request. Food shopping can be done based on your shopping list. You can also take advantage of our
planned menu, the shopping bill will be submitted to you for payment. The house menu is available upon arrival.
The beautiful gardens boasts a variety of fruit trees as well as coconut trees When in season the fruits are generously served to our guests.
We encourage that any personal services such as car, driver and baby sitting to be requested prior to your arrival for best availability. These are separate services that you will negotiate cost directly with the provider as needed. You will love the tranquility and amazing view that this home offers.

Imagine being in a beautiful lush tropical garden, the air is fresh and clean and you gently surrender yourself to nature with the sea as your backdrop.
The area is home to a variety of palm trees, flaming red poinciana trees, colorful bougainvillea vines, hibiscus shrubs, ferns, many species of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. If the time is right laden Ackee Trees (Jamaica' s national fruit) beckons to your curiosity or to your seasoned palate for the taste of ackee and sailfish (Jamaica 's national dish ). The area graciously reminds you why Jamaica is known as the 'Land Of Wood And Water'. You may catch a glimpse of a humming bird, (Jamaica's National Bird) as it swiftly darts from flower to flower in the garden. You will enjoy the wonder of daily sightings of busy flocks of swallows among a variety of birds you'll be fascinated by the different species of butterflies.
At nights, if you listen carefully you will hear the sounds of crickets, the ribbit of a frog, or the distant sounds of music. Look up to the sky on a dark night and you can see the moon and count every twinkling star.
The Neighborhood is residential. There are many private villas and homes tucked away in the hillside. Some small private hotels and the beach are within walking distance. It is 5 minute walk from the coastline on the main road that travels
from Montego Bay, Negril, Ohio Rios and Kingston. Getting around locally is easy if you don't have a car. Golfing is close by at Tryall golf course. For the entertainment seekers we are centrally located, just walk 5 mins. down the hill to Pineapple Beach for music and live entertainment. Local restaurants such as Sky Beach in Hopewell Village is 7 minutes drive. Dancing/dining 15 minutes from the home to Pier1 or Margareta Ville on the Hip Strip, shopping plaza is10 minutes drive. The neighborhood is a great for hiking, walking, running. You're going to love the the cozy suite and the natural charm of this lovely neighborhood.

The villa is nestled on two acres of tropical garden with a private relaxing swimming pool. Even in high summer season the temperature in the home is comfortable, due to its altitude and close proximity to the sea. It is situated on a small hill, such that you can embrace the welcoming sea breeze that passes through the property. The house has ceiling and portable fans and air conditioner. It is designed with large windows that allow for plenty of natural light and great views. To ensure a most memorable vacation we permit you the luxury of pampered seclusion and privacy. The house is one level ranch style, it has 3 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms available for guests. A cozy living room, formal dining room, a wet bar/kitchenette, amazing outdoor space and much more. Each bedroom is, spacious and nicely furnished with queen size beds. One bedroom has two queen size beds . There is a front porch that leads to the gated swimming pool. Dining can be a delightful event and can be enjoyed indoors or at pool side. For those who seek the traditional in service, daily entrees feature delicious Jamaican cuisine that will tantalize even the most jaded palate. There is a separate staff cottage on the property and a manager's apt. The staff consists of a cook, gardener and house manager. The house manager or members of staff are on premises 24 hours daily. They will assist in caring for you. Nanny service can be recommended however it's best to make the request for nanny service at the time of making your reservation. Your vacation home is 10 minutes drive from the nearest shopping area. Food shopping can be done for one day consumption prior to your arrival per your request. You will need to provide a list of special items that you would like to eat so they can be purchased and be there for you when you arrive. The itemized bill will be given to you for payment. There is also a house menu that allow for 3 meals per day at $50.00 per person per day.
