We do offer monthly rates, if interested please inquire. This is a great central location for a monthly summer stay, AC is not needed here, the condo stays cool in the hot summer months. The condo is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer, flat screen TVs in each room, and high speed WiFi. There is a crockpot, coffee maker and along with the kitchen essentials.
