Comfortable 4 bedroom home in South Tulsa

About this space. Easy access to good restaurants and activities in Tulsa. 20 minutes to most parts of Tulsa. The space: This ranch style traditional home has all the comforts of home. Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen, above ground pool (open Late May-September), board games/puzzles/kids toy area, and a large back yard and patio. There is an infrared heater on the patio and wood burning chimenea fireplace. The owner’s suite features a beautiful 4 poster king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable full size Murphy bed and office area for remote work or school. Bedroom 3 offers privacy on the opposite end of the home with a half-bath. Finally, bedroom 4 has a bunk bed and trundle bed.. The walk-in closet in this room does have some kids toys to entertain the littles. A pack-n-play is also available in kids closet. Seating for 8 is possible with the breakfast nook and dining room. If all the beds are full and the pack and play is used there is sleeping space for 8 people. Guest access: Guests will use a key code to enter the front doors. Guests will not have access to the garage or the closet in bedroom number 4.. Other things to note: There is a doorbell camera that does have audio, there is a camera above the garage with no audio and a camera on the back door that has no audio. There are no cameras inside the house. No smoking or vaping. No Pets. You will need to keep noise down and not disturb the neighbors. This is a quiet neighborhood. This is my home and I have personal items in the house. I love to travel and camp in my RV when my home is rented.
