If you’re looking for entertainment options, the lower-level family room is a great spot to spend time with family and friends. You’ll find a Roku-equipped TV to stream all your favorite apps and an arcade game, perfect for some friendly competition. This space also has a sofa sleeper, but please note that sleeping here is at your own risk as there is only one exit in case of emergency. If you need to do some laundry during your stay, a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

A fire pit is available in the front yard for cozy evenings under the stars and an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. In the other upstairs area, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The front bedroom offers both a queen and a twin bed and its own screen porch with lounge furniture. The back bedroom has two twin bunk beds. This home is located in a wooded area where it's common to see all sorts of wildlife: deer, squirrels, birds of great sorts, raccoons, and yes mice and bugs too. Please keep the doors shut when not in use and store your food properly to help keep the wildlife outdoors.
