Father's Day weekend trip

We had a fantastic stay at Jan's lake house. Accurate listing description, clean and well appointed accommodations, and excellent communication from the owner. The two kayaks were a great bonus and my boys cannot wait to get back.

So relaxing…

This was my second 2 week stay at this property and could not be happier. Perfect for family and boating, and wonderful coming home from work to the lake…the hosts are so gracious.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house in Alabama! The host was very responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. It was the perfect spot for our family—relaxing, comfortable, and a great way to unwind after long days at the baseball fields. The view from the dock was absolutely beautiful, and we loved spending time there. Highly recommend!

Great Iron Bowl Lake House Stay

nice 2 bedroom lake house. The house looks even better in person than it does in the pics. This is a great location on the lake to stay for a long weekend with family and friends. Everything was very smooth and easy. Recommend.

Clean & Peaceful

Clean, clean, clean!! Not alot of steps so easy for anyone on cane/walker or just elderly. Great deck. House is fully furnished with more than the basics. Owner answers fast and thorough. Easy access to the lake. Would stay here again!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We are a family of five that loves the water! This home was perfect for us to get away from the busyness of life and relax on the lake. The morning and evening views are wonderful! We loved being on the lake, but off of the main channel. It was a quiet cove nestled in many trees. The home was super clean and user friendly. We can’t wait for our next trip to Lake Tuscaloosa and to this property!

Weekend trip

We were in town to help our son move apartments and had a couple days between moves so decided to stay at the lake instead of a hotel. Best decision ever!! From the moment we booked until check-out, everything was awesome! Jan was quick to respond to messages even helped with local recommendations. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Peaceful

I’m a traveling physical therapist so it was so nice to come home to a peaceful place on the lake. Home was well equipped with everything I needed and the owner Jan was wonderful! Very kind and responsive to everything I needed.

Family time

Thoroughly enjoyed this property! We traveled to Tuscaloosa to welcome our first grandchild. The space was perfectly cozy and warm. The checkin process was seamless less and easy. The property was nice, clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend. We enjoyed the deck in the morning and evenings. The lake was a bonus too.

Our lakefront property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and you will have views of the lake from the entire front of the house. We absolutely love it here, and we hope you do, too!

- Private dock with two covered boat slips & mooring whip for bringing your Jet Ski or boat. Binion Landing is close for launching your boat.
- Pier 43 Marina is nearby where you can rent a boat for your weekend enjoyment while visiting the area.

It's very peaceful with lots of outdoor living space, including a huge deck, covered shelter house with picnic table and swing, and two-story dock with two covered boat slips. Enjoy a swim or fishing from the dock. Use the two kayaks available to explore our cove.
