This family friend friendly house located in historic downtown area sleeps up to 8 is truly a home away from home.
Other thing to note-
Less than 5 minutes to ASPU , farmers market, convention center, McGregor Park and Cumberland river and so much more , 12 miles to Fort Campbell Army Post and oak grove casino. 1 mile to ASPU and farmerâs market , 2 minutes to shopping and restaurants . 7 miles to I24 Approximately 50 min to Nashville. .

Hi, we are Natasha and Josh . Natasha grew up in a
military family, was the FRG Leader of 506th infantry battalion at Ft campbell, Ky. and assisted thousands of soldiers and their families with information to better their lives. Josh has assisted with charities campaigning that ahas assisted many schools and homes with fire safety training. with We have been hosting on Airbnb, Vrbo and other STR platforms
since 2019 and have used their services as guests
since 2014. Natasha has a therapist background,
particularly, in hypnosis field. Josh has a background in residential redevelopment and interior design. We both
decided to combine our years of knowledge into this hosting professions
to dedicate our time all our time to our real
estate business. We self manage our properties
and have built a great team to help us scale and
provide an awesome Airbnb , VRBO , etcâŠ.experience.
We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and
we're very knowledgeable about the immediate
and surrounding areas.
We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy
doing family-friendly activities. we too, love
traveling and understand the importance of
comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a
military town where families are constantly
visiting or transitioning. We love using Short Term Rentals
during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us
to become hosts ourselves.
We love our local âThai Bowl â restaurant. We go there once a week. Let us know if you want to dine there with us , the owners Ben and his wife are amazing. The food is awesome. Our two favorite places in town area Dunbar Cave Park and Thai bowl . We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well. Also if you would like to book a session of energy therapy, need a coupon code for 20% off of furniture from Ashley furniture in clarksville , interior design if youâre waiting for house to be completed , or need to purchase sovereigns we would love to assist.
