Enjoy your time in comfort. Our spacious, clean and friendly 3020 square foot 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home provides the perfect gathering space. Enough room to be comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, and living areas upstairs and down. Minutes from downtown Hutchinson, Elks Park for the kids, and 6 miles from the popular Crow River Winery. Upstairs features two large main floor bedrooms and 2 full main floor bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private full master bath with walk-in shower, and large vanity with double sinks. Upstairs living room has a 55” smart TV and comfortable sectional. Full kitchen provides all your needs including updated appliances, coffee maker, griddle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, measuring cups, serving utensils and much more. Laundry room with washer and dryer also located on main floor. The spacious downstairs features 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a second living room with 50” smart TV, foosball table, plenty of seating and a walk out to the backyard. Enjoy the maintenance free deck with stairs down to the backyard, a gas grill, and bean bag toss. Spacious and clean 3+ stall heated garage attached, which also has a ping pong table.

This house worked out great for a few of our families to come together for Christmas. The heated garage with a ping pong table was a nice feature for the middle of winter!

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was great! The bedrooms set up worked well for our group of 7. It was fun to cook our own meals and relax after shopping. Well stocked house, very clean, we would definitely recommend staying here.

Celebrating New Year's Eve

We had a small gathering of friends come from out of town and stay to ring in the New Year. The house was clean, kitchen was well stocked for preparing delicious meals and snacks, plenty of room for everyone! Super easy communication with owners and absolutely zero hassle. Would highly recommend and would definitely rent again!

Cozy, quiet and relaxing

My crew had an absolutely wonderful weekend! This home had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Awesome hosts!! Only thing said there was a hot tub but wasn’t one. No big deal because we wouldn’t have had time to use anyway. May want it off items. I’d definitely recommend and I’d stay again! Thank you

Nice family oriented neighborhood

Wonderful property. Quiet neighborhood and close to many stores if you forget anything. We were visiting for a wedding and this home was perfect for ages from infant to grandparents.

Every one pleased

Several sibling couples stayed at this home and we all agree it was just perfect for us. It was clean, and the pictures accurately described the real place. The kitchen was adequately furnished, the beds all comfortable and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us. The neighborhood was quiet. We would certainly consider staying there again if the need arises.
