It is a large and bright apartment with air conditioned and wifi, consisting of two main rooms: a large living room with open kitchen and balcony overlooking the ancient wood and the mountains. The second room is a bedroom with a large double bed, a small sofa and a comfortable wardrobe. A hallway leads to the large bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is furnished and equipped with crockery, kettle, and everything needed for cooking and the large table also allows you to take advantage of a work area for those who work remotely.
The apartment has a comfortable balcony overlooking one of the main streets, it has insulated double glazing so quiet is guaranteed. The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. Immediately under the house there are many shops and it is possible to park the car for free; however being free the parking is not guaranteed.
Just 5 minutes walk there is the historic center with the main monuments, the Spazio Faber dedicated to Fabrizio de André with the well-known "Vele" installation by the archistar Renzo Piano in collaboration with the Alvisi Kirimoto + Partners studio.
