Unique Santa Fe Industrial Space with hints of traditional tribal themes and rich, warm, and inviting colors. 5 mins to The Railyard and Farmers Market, 7 minutes to The Santa Fe Plaza, 20 minutes to Rancho Encantado, and 36 minutes to the Santa Fe ski resort; it's about an hour and a half, according to Google Maps. GUESTS, PLEASE READ: MY HOME IS NOT AT THE RAILYARD—a dramatic space, unusual to the traditional Santa Fe Style. With three different levels, the main floor features a small office/living area, a sitting space with a luxe fold-out double bed, and a separate storage area with a closet and a full bathroom. The bathroom is complemented by a designer black-and-white tribal-style shower and Kohler fixtures, with Access to the courtyard. The stylish second floor has luxurious sitting spaces and Henredon down-filled furniture. The courtyard view has enormous picture windows and a small balcony to the courtyard. The kitchen features an open design with new Samsung appliances, including a Samsung gas range, and a small dinette. Complete with spices, a Keurig, and Cuisinart Coffee, and Le Chantal pots and pans. The third level is the primary bedroom, which features two full-sized pillow-top beds and linens, a remodeled full bathroom with a shower and soaker tub, a closet, and a stackable new Samsung washer and dryer. 45" Smart TV, colossal picture window sliding glass door with balcony view of the train and the mountain. Blackout Drapes have been added.

Lovely Place to Stay!

We loved our time at this condo! It was very clean, well maintained, and the host was extremely flexible and easy to communicate with. Walking distance to the railyard and a short (and cheap) uber to downtown. Would highly recommend!

Very Nice Place

This was a very nice 3-level townhouse! It's eclectically furnished and has everything you could possibly need. It's located in a quiet area and, while near the commuter train, it's pretty quiet. It's conveniently located near everything. The host was very quick to respond and very nice to work with.

I am from West Texas. I love to acquire investment properties to see what I can do creatively with them. It takes months to curate a style and design for my houses. I carefully select pieces to fill the spaces. Many edits occur to get it where it is or will be tomorrow.

I love this location because it isn't RIGHT in the Tourist Hub. It's Minutes to where the locals eat, drink, and socialize. But, So Close to all the action. You can be in the mountains in 15 mins or at a 5-star spa. PERFECT!

INDUSTRIAL LUXURY! Go figure, I would be so Blessed to take a family holiday trip and Buy a house. This place was on the market for a few hours, and multiple offers were in. It is a different style for Santa Fe, and I think the remodel turned out so special. I hope all of VRBO thinks so, too.
