Newly built in 2023. 4 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath, Lakefront House with infinity pool. This newly built home is a corner lot so you have plenty of privacy, beautiful views of the lake and one of the biggest properties in Terra Lago. Spacious backyard for hanging out with a cocktail at night and coffee in the morning. Heated pool/spa, Game room/loft with queen sofa bed, 2 Kings, 1 Queens, 1 bunk bed with a queen and twin top, 2 roll aways. 6 miles from Empire Polo Club for Coachella, Stagecoach and all festivals. 1 1/2 mile from Fantasy Springs Casino and 2 miles from Spotlight 29 Casino. 412 game arcade, two 75 inch smart TVs with Apple TV, 55 inch TVs in all bedrooms, JBL bluetooth speaker, Drip coffee Keurig pod combo, all kitchen amenities, playgrounds for kids. Pets are welcome upon agreement with host.

Wonderful trip

We were wowed with this amazing property. The location is the absolute best. The backyard was stunning and had so much to offer. We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets each morning. We had great communication with Robert. He was amazing and so thoughtful to n his communication to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and exactly what we were looking and hoping for. The kids loved the pool and all the games.

Jolisa and her family were an absolute pleasure to host. They were very respectful to the house rules, the property and the neighbors. They left the house very clean and were very communicative with me. We highly recommend Jolisa and would love to host her again in the future. Amazing guests.

Great Family Vacation

The house was as beautiful as they describe in the listing, both outside and in. It was so nicely furnished, and had plenty of room to seat everyone for meals, and just enjoying each other. It had all the appliances we needed, and had plenty of towels for the pool. We loved the beautiful pool in the backyard, and wish we had more time to enjoy it. When not in the pool or using the outdoor activities, the 2nd floor game room gave the kids plenty to do. Robert was very helpful and replied quickly when you email or text. Even when issues did occur he not only responded right away but continued to checkin until the issues were resolved and sent donuts while we waited. It was such a positive experience renting this house, we will definitely do it again when we come back. Next time we will allow an extra day to just stay around the house and relax and enjoy the pool. We hated to leave. My only suggestion would be to move the bunk beds to the second floor so that the first floor master bedroom is a true master. I would also recommend additional sandbags for the high wind days. We most definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Joshua Tree Family Trip!

WOW! Where do I begin?? Robert was an amazing host who checked in with us regularly even before the trip to make sure we had all our questions answered and would have accurate directions to the property. His communication skills are excellent. All the instructions he provided was timely and easy to follow. The property is GORGEOUS, decorated beautifully and all the amenities a large family with mixed age ranges would need! The backyard and the views of the mountains are spectacular!! We spent most of our time in the back yard enjoying the pool/hot tub, fire pit, grill, and outdoor jumbo chess and connect four. We enjoyed yoga on the lawn with views of the lake. We had a few questions during our stay and Robert responded to texts within minutes! We cooked many lovely family dinners in the great kitchen with open layout! Kitchen is fully stocked for an experienced cook and large groups! It's like they thought of everything-plastic dishes for outdoors/the kids. Beautiful glassware and serving ware! Check out was a breeze and he supported us throughout the process answering our questions quickly and clearly. The LOCATION is fantastic!! We spent a lot of time in Joshua Tree and Palm Springs!! Shopping is wonderful there too! The Living Desert Zoo is so unique and definitely recommend it (I lived in San Diego before and have been to San Diego zoo/safari park-so I didn't expect I would be impressed but it was so cool!! Adults and kids alike LOVED this home!!
