At our Family Retreat, we provide an experience that is truly yours. Guests have complete, unrestricted access to the entire property, including sumptuous bedrooms, the gourmet chef's kitchen, inviting living areas, a game room, and the expansive porch. The private hot tub, barbecue grill, and secure three-car garage with an oversized door for an RV or large camper are all at your full disposal.
Other things to note
Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete a brief identity verification through our secure Guest Portal. Completion of the verification step is required to finalize check-in details.
Beyond verification, the Guest Portal serves as a convenient resource for your stay. Where applicable, access information, smart lock details, and device controls will be provided there. The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.
Use of the portal beyond the required screening step is entirely optional. Guests are welcome to explore local restaurant guides, curated recommendations, and available services at their discretion.
At select residences, guests may have the option to purchase a non-refundable Damage Waiver providing limited accidental contents protection. Certain properties that issue physical access items such as keys, fobs, or parking passes may require a refundable $250 access credential deposit, similar to a hotel pre-authorization, which is released after checkout, provided all items are returned, and no replacement costs are incurred.
