The Cove is nestled away, directly across from beautiful Lake Rabun. Sip your morning coffee as you look out over the water after a restful nights sleep in our comfy beds. Our expansive lawn is ready for playing lawn games or enjoying a cozy evening fire. There is no shortage of fresh air and cool, clear sparkling mountain water right outside the front door. Short ride to Hall's boat house and Marina, Max's Lakeside restaurant and bar, The Lake Rabun Pavilion and the Lake Rabun Hotel and Restaurant. We are just down the road from Lakemont Village, Tallulah Falls, Tiger and Clayton all boasting great, shopping, dining, galleries, wineries and activities. The Cove is the ultimate getaway for family and friends to gather and relax with carefree comfort in one of the most desirable spots in Georgia. The North Georgia Mountains have so much to offer! Beautiful and Peaceful
We had extended family stay for a long weekend to celebrate my father who passed earlier this year. The large and well kept outdoor space is perfect to have a small group gather overlooking a quiet cove on Lake Rabun (or to lay in the hammock and take a nap!). Scotty is amazing to work with and was so helpful with every detail. Highly recommend this property and the owners.

A slice of paradise on Lake Rabun
My elderly parents, sisters, and my family stayed at this property over Labor Day Weekend. Everything was perfect, and everyone in our group had a great time. Highlights for the kids included fishing off the dock and jumping off the platform on the boathouse. Highlights for me included the gorgeous decor, the lovely covered boathouse sitting area, and the fact that my elderly mom could watch the kids play in the water from the many outdoor spaces. My sister appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Everyone loved the Lake! I hope we will have an occasion to stay at The COVE again. It is FANTASTIC!

Family lake getaway!
What an amazing place! So cute, clean, and beautifully renovated. The owners were great to work with and they've added lots of details around the property to create an exceptional place and a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. They even left fresh eggs from their hens in a basket for us when we arrived! We used the propane grill several nights for dinner and the fire pit out on the lawn to roast s'mores. The boathouse on the lake is really special - beautiful view out of the cove, comfy deck furniture, and the water was plenty deep to jump off the 2nd level platform. The house had two kayaks and two paddle boards that weren't mentioned in the description, and we had so much fun using them to get out and explore beautiful Lake Rabun. I would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Great memories for a lifetime!

They both have their businesses in Buckhead and the North Georgia Mountains, where they love spending the most time! Jason and Scotty currently have 6 other rental properties around lake Rabun and they are working on renovations of several more.

The Cove at Lake Rabun was purchased because it is close to other rental properties we have in Lakemont. We grew up enjoying Lake Rabun and its surrounding areas. We adore the beauty and simplicity of the North Georgia mountains and the surrounding areas! We worked for a year on the home renovations and outdoor garden landscaping.
