We have all the cooking utensils and equipment that you are free to use, but we would greatly appreciate if you could clean up prior to checking out. There’s also coffee maker and toaster.

If extra space is needed the couch in the living room does have pull out bed.

We provide ALL bed linen (Sheets and Pillow cases and Comferter), Bath Towels, Washcloth. You will find an iron and board in the bedroom closet. There is a hairdryer located in the bathroom under the sink. If you require anything else, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: We rent to families, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 25. NO HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online booking for group rentals will not be honored.

HOUSE RULES
– Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
– There shall NO be SMOKING inside the Apartment. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
– PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees may be applied.
– GARAGE NOT AVAILABLE.
– Please do not rearrange our furniture.
– If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
– If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
