Great location

The location was near everything we needed. Traffic noise was a problem for us but we adjusted and slept with a noise maker. Condo is close to stores, restaurants and planet fitness, which we joined for our stay. The Scottsdale Ranch Park was just across the street for our daily walks. The senior center is close by for pool and numerous activities. Great location and amenities met our needs.

Very Comfortable

Sam and Priscilla are the best hosts we’ve experienced in ten years booking vacation rental units. They genuinely care that their guests are satisfied with their stay.The beds are comfortable; a good night’s sleep every night. The couches are comfortable, and the carpeted living room was great for my morning back stretch routine. Everything is in good condition.This is a good, safe neighborhood compared to other places we have stayed, and you will appreciate the garage for your vehicle. A ten-minute walk brings you to a variety of retail services; Walgreens, ice cream shop, pizza shop, Planet Fitness, at least 4 different restaurants, mailing/shipping store, etc.While we appreciated all these conditions, what we appreciated the most was Priscilla and Sam.

Exceeded expectations!

Even though I had driven by and checked out the grounds a year prior to my stay, I kept my expectations in check. But once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised with everything. My expectations were immediately met and easily exceeded. Much better than I could have imagined. I have absolutely nothing negative to report. The unit and grounds were immaculate, the neighborhood and neighbors were fantastic. And the weather phenomenal. Sam and Priscilla were terrific hosts and the unit had absolutely everything you would need on-site. My 3 month stay went flawlessly and I most definitely recommend! I hope to visit again in the near future. Thank you!

Wonderful Scottsdale Condo

We loved this condo...it was perfect for our month-long stay! Great location, very clean and quiet, everything we needed in the kitchen, a balcony with nice sunset views, and helpful owners who answer any questions promptly. We have rented many VRBO properties and this is one of the best! We totally enjoyed our visit and look forward to staying again!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, second floor, with single car garage. Professional , responsive and really friendly owners. Property is exactly as shown. Great, gated and secure, complex in a really nice neighborhood. Lovely pool and spa area in the complex. Well equipped apartment ( Note: only 1 saucepan in the unit, not an issue for us as we borrowed a set from local friends, but could be an issue for others, especially for longer term stays such as ours.). Owners are aware and will doubtless rectify. Otherwise all you need is there, and more. One downside to the apartment is it faces onto a very busy road so traffic noise is an issue, particularly when sitting on the patio or when patio doors are open. No noise in bedroom(s). It really is a nice place to stay, we had a great time. Close to our favorite golf course, grocery stores and bars are nearby. Thanks Sam and Priscilla.

It was great!

This was my 2nd yr in a row staying at this beautiful condo. It is "home" away from "home". Totally enjoyed it. This place is beautifully decorated and everything you need is at your finger tips. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. The owners are so accommodating. What ever you need, they make sure it is there & things are well taken care of. Had a great time again this year.

Totally enjoyed myself. Felt right at home.

Very impressed with the condo. Everything I needed was there. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Comfortable, felt right at home. I would definitely go back & certainly recommend this place to friends. If there was a problem, Priscilla was right on it. Very nice people. You really need to go there to appreciated what his has to offer. Close to shopping, gym, restaurants, anywhere you wanted to go. I highly recommend this unit, the landlords are fantastic.

Great winter stay

Venetion rental was all the web site promised. Fully equipped, attractively decorated, clean, surrounding complex grounds nicely maintained. Owner was pleasant, checking with us to be certain the rental fulfilled our expectations. Want to shop, dine? Within walking distance &/or short drive, access to freeway & lots of shops & restaurants. This was a great 4 month stay. Thanks, owners,Sam & Priscilla!

What a beautiful month !

What a beautiful surprise I had when I arrived at this place ! So nice, so clean and so cosy. Everything had been thought for a beautiful vacation. The owners are particularly very nice, I felt at home in that condo, and everything that is mentioned in their publicity is true. I especially enjoyed the whole complex : great class, it's the least I can say. And how about the whole surrounding, couldn't get over it. I walked every morning and every time I had that wonderful feeling that this beautiful neighborhood is showing the nice face of America. I came back really enthusiastic from this vacation and very much satisfied regarding the good services I received. This condo really deserves the five stars I am giving it. Vacation Getaway

This is a great location. The condo is spacious and well appointed. Priscilla, the property manager, is wonderfull and was there to meet all our needs. Pool area is beautifull and the grounds are spotless. We would recomend this property to all our friends.

I have to agree with Joe in New Jersey. We greatly enjoyed our 2 month stay and will not hesitate to rent this condo again next year. The only drawback is the bbq which is charcoal and not gas.

Gas BBQ Grills are not permitted at this community. This is a City Fire By-Law. No charcoal, wood, or gas grills are permitted on balconies. This is a violation of the City of Scottsdale fire ordinance.

Great Location & Great Property!

The property is located in a great location, convienent to everything. The description was very accurate, property was clean and beds were very comfortable. The owner was available for any questions that arose. The heated pool, hot tub were great.Other residents were very friendly and nice. I will recommend the property to all my friends and I will be back next year!!!
