A historic 900 square foot Atrium loft in the heart of the Old Market

This historic, 900 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 1 bed, 1 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations.

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Just a little over a 15 minute walk to Charles Schwab Field/TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find a spacious walk-in closet and king bed, washer and dryer.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Just the two of us

We were looking for a space to be by ourselves or venture out with others when we wanted. The space, location, and atmosphere were just what we wanted. Would do it again without hesitation!

Great view for people watching

We stayed 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed having coffee in the morning while viewing the intersection of 12th and Howard. We safely parked on the street and paid via Park Mobile between 9 am and 9 pm. $1 per hour usually. Seemed like the longer the hours, the higher the rate? We bounced in and out throughout the day. That was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Bad experience

rented a loft for friday and saturday night. we realized late friday afternoon that we didn't have a working washer and dryer and no hot water. after several phone calls they sent a handyman that couldn't fix the problem. I kept complaining until i was offered a different loft for friday night but was told all lofts were booked for saturday, so we had to check out saturday am, we didn't complete our plans firday night because of being on the phone/moving. saturday plans were affected because of having to find different accommodations. all fees were refunded but it was a lot of hassle for a relaxing weekend in omaha's old market. i'd avoid the lofts in the woolworth building in omaha.
