.anager forgot to provide access information. Room was dirty and had a weird layout (sliding glass door leading into the bathroom!).

Host was very responsive. The room was decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed for a great night's stay. The bed was comfortable as well! Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Cute and Easy

Stayed here over Christmas and loved it! The property is in a great location next to Bidwell, and our host was communicative and friendly. Perfect for a short visit.

Quaint Chico

This efficiency studio-like stay is located in a great, quiet community with charming setting. If you are looking for a getaway, this is one to consider. There is no TV, so no distraction. Water pressure is low in this unit, so be prepared for longer wait times on hot water. Access to the next door unit were loud and could be heard talking and walking up and down the stairs.

Peaceful Quiet Stay

I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. The property manager was very excellent at communicating, and making sure I had everything I needed. I spoke with her regarding the Keurig coffee maker because I did have trouble making coffee. She was very kind and told me it probably needed to be replaced because they have hard water, and thanked me for letting her know. One of the things that I appreciated is that there is no TV, the property has excellent Internet access and speed to watch movies. I would make this property my go to property when I am in town. The price was perfect. The accommodations were very good, and I am very satisfied with my choice. I had a very peaceful, restful visit!
