Great views, lots of sunshine, beautiful decor, and a convenient location make this ski-in/out a top choice! The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a west-facing balcony and windows with bright sunlight and views of the slopes. For entertainment select from a TV, watch movies on the DVD, play music on the stereo, or break out one of the many family board games. The primary suite has an attractive bedroom set, a TV, a balcony, and a private safe. The comfortable guest bedroom has handsome pine furnishings and a large window overlooking a scenic courtyard. Building 5 is the ultimate in convenience, close to the office, the hot tub, the fitness room, and just 20 yards to the 4 O'Clock Ski Run in the winter and hiking trails in the summer.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by Vacasa and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of Vacasa’s control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Overall, a great stay at this property. The oversized furniture was of excellent quality and very comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be adequately stocked with dishes, pans, and utensils, though we dined out for our meals. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit, which I would have used if our stay had been longer. A television could be viewed from every room and a good number of games and puzzles were on-hand, should you get bored.The condo showed signs of aging and use, scratches on doors and wear & tear on sheetrock, but the unit was extremely clean. One would expect a pet-friendly rental to show such signs of love. Neither we, nor our pup, was put off by the few blemishes. The absolute best thing about this rental is it's location! In a five minute walk, you can be downtown to get a coffee (or a Crepe a la Cart) or up to the Snowflake lift. There are Free Ride bus stops just yards away, so you can literally park your vehicle in until it is time to go home.We will definitely check for availability at this condo the next time we come back to Breckenridge!

Stay in this great condo in great location!

This two bedroom condo is located in a small complex two blocks down from Snowflake chair, making access to rest of mountain easy without dealing with crowds at main base. There is a free shuttle stop right there which will get you the lift in about a minute! You can also take that shuttle around Breckenridge. At end of day, you can ski right to condo. The large Hot Tub is also right next to this condo, which was wonderful!The view from the living room is unobstructed view of ski area. Truly perfect! It is also an easy few blocks walk to downtown Breckenridge! We did not need a car, but a parking space comes with condo if you have a car.My husband I were there with our adult son and his girlfriend, and inside, the condo was very comfortable. The living room provided plenty of room for us to spread out in front of the gas fireplace. There is even a closet with plenty of games and puzzles, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were all comfortable, and bathrooms well designed. There is a washer and dryer with plenty of supplies for doing laundry. That was such a pleasant surprise!! The whole unit was completely clean when we arrived, and everything was in working order!We would absolutely stay at this condo again, and I highly recommend it!!!!
