Sleeping Layout:
The Lodge comfortably sleeps up to 16+ guests across 6 bedrooms, each of which has its own ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.

The Neighborhood:
The Lodge is located in the forests of Hochatown, a short 11-minute drive from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park. Other nearby attractions include Beavers Bend Safari Park (1.7 miles), Spillway Overlook (3.8 miles) and The Maze of Hochatown (4.3 miles). Just 9 miles south you’ll reach downtown Broken Bow, where you can find the local Wal-Mart, a grocery store, and a variety of restaurants.

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.

Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: above the front and back doors, and facing the basketball court.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

4) Other notes about the home:
- While the court and pickleball net are provided, other equipment for basketball or pickleball is not provided: basketballs, pickleball paddles & balls. Please bring your own equipment from home, or consider stopping by the Wal-Mart on your drive in to pick up any equipment you may need.
