Recently remodeled beauty with modern updates. This cool on trend home enjoys all the conveniences of home. The vibe is chill. There are 2 smart TV’s and a workstation with great wifi should you need to work. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds & leather couch for relaxing. The living room also has a queen size sofa sleeper. Conveniently located 10 minutes to downtown Dallas. Minutes to The Duncanville Field House. This 3 bedroom charmer has 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (both enjoy stand up showers). The back patio space features a firepit & 6 chairs, a covered gazebo area and lots of room to roam. The neighborhood is quiet and established. This home is a great escape with a nice size yard & patio.

Great place to stay right off Highway

Beautiful little spot with all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. Love the yard and fire pit. Very thoughtful host bringing us a grill!

cute house, shady neighborhood, poor temp control.

very guarded about the AC. They did not want give instructions on how to use the thermostat. It was a smart thermostat that the owner made sure was turned up constantly. The house barely got cool enough to be able to sleep. The owner did not give the full code for the door so that we could get in but the problem was quickly resolved. Other than those issues and the shady location it was a fine house.

Absolutely NOT TRUE at all. We provided clear instructions on how to use the thermostat. The air conditioning functions perfectly fine. We have energy efficient windows installed and ceiling fans in every room. Unfortunately they had a hard time following the simple instructions on how to enter the code to open the front door. I sent my cohost out to the house immediately to help them and demonstrate how to unlock the door. We respond immediately to any and all questions or concerns of our guests immediately. In addition the neighborhood is not shady at all. There is a multi million dollar facility being erected down the street. Maybe it’s shady if you are some sort of racist however its a mixed area. The street is well lit and the house is very well lit.
