Santamar is a 7 building condo complex that sits on the west side of the road, Calle Punta Sur, running N-S adjacent to the seashore. The road from Highway 307 has a small sign on the East side (Northbound) that says "Punta Sur" where you turn right and proceed for about 1 mile when the road curves to the right. You will see Santamar on the right and several large Villas on the left. Continue straight to the entry next to Building "B" on the right. The road has a view of the sea as it curves to the right. Ask the guard to show you to the unit.

I recommend renting a car to get the most out of your stay. The freedom to explore wherever you wish can make a difference in how you experience this amazing vacation spot. Avis is always good, and don't be afraid to haggle with them at the airport!!
