Everything is brand new and the owners have paid
Attention to detail decorating with love and class so each guest will have the best experience possible.

Located directly on the river making it perfect for tubing, swimming, fishing and beautiful views. Walking distance to downtown Helen to enjoy festivities, restaurants and night life.

Neighboring Hardman Walking Trail and the famous Innsbruck Golf
Course which includes Valhalla Fine Dining and Spa.

First floor features a master suite with a king bed, tv over the fireplace, private bath and balcony.

Second floor has a large living area with ample seating, large tv over fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath and private balcony that hosts a gas grill and dining table.

Third floor has two master suites each with king beds, private bath and tv's washer/dryer and balcony shared.

Very clean good location , although not walkable for all. Enjoyed hanging out on balcony overlooking the river! Stocked kitchen. I recommend staying there.

Very clean, comfortable beds, walked to town for dinner a couple times. Only downside is you can’t get down to the river from the back of the property due to steep bank with large rocks but it’s a short walk down the road and across the bridge to get to other side where you can access. Three level townhome with steep stairs something to consider for someone with decreased mobility. Would stay again!

Great river view

We enjoyed our stay at Misty River. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. It is a bit of a walk (with a steep hill) from town. Would not be a problem for more active/younger folks. Really enjoyed watching the river from the multiple balconies. Would recommend, especially for adults traveling together. Plenty of room to have your own space.

Beautiful Cabin in Helen

This cabin was perfect for our group. We came for a long weekend in Helen and are so happy we found this property. The pictures were spot on, everything was very clean, and it had everything we needed. The owner supplied coffee which was a nice touch. Our host was super accommodating when we had a last minute wrench thrown into our plans!!! Nothing but great things to say about this place and the host!

4 generations all enjoyed the homey, cozy feel. Will definitely recommend. Only negative was lack of wash/dish clothes and hand/dish towels.

Just as expected

The property was quiet, clean, and just 5 minutes from everything in town. The section of the river it sits on is about 1 block past take out area for tubers so it is quiet! Three separate king suites was perfect for us. All had private baths and we enjoyed the peace and separation at night. Very well cared for and maintained!

Girls Weekend

Misty River is such a nice townhome that is convenient to town, has beautiful views and a quiet community. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the river flow. It was very relaxing and exactly what we needed to catch up with family and make new memories. There was a miscommunication at check in but the host was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home. The shower doors need to be repaired in the Master and one of the other bedrooms. They will not stay shut while taking a shower. Saw a couple of roaches in the Master bedrooms so the owners need to professionally spray. Over all I would stay here again.the house and the property is beautiful.

Wow love the 5 star not sure how to respond to your review!!! If you leave the door open going to the outside bugs may come in I can a sure you there is no roach bugs in this beautiful and brand new townhome!

This place was STELLAR!

Absolutely loved staying here. House was beautiful and so clean. Not sure who the cleaning company is but they do a fantastic job! The house was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch and made it even more cozy. All bedrooms had their own bathroom which was so nice. Beds were very comfortable. They host had extra blankets everywhere since we were there in December. Less than a mile to downtown Helen. River view was beautiful and there were porches on every floor. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook. Gas fireplaces were so cozy. Loved that all TVs were Roku. Living room was very comfortable. Don't know how much more I can say other than we would definitely stay here again. I would like to mention that the condo/townhome is directly across the river from the Helen Tubing and Waterpark, so I don't know how the noise level would be in Summer. The park was closed for the winter.

Packing a hammock next time

I am an explorer by nature, I enjoy taking in the sights anywhere I visit. while the hustle and bustle of Helen on a weekend is fun, the townhome may have been the more appealing option. It was incredibly roomy for the three of us, extremely clean, and nestled beautifully on a riverbank. I would love to stay here again, but next time I’m packing a hammock. Having coffee on the balcony overlooking the river was the perfect way to start a day. The hostess had k-cups available to use for the coffee maker, super cozy throw blankets in the living room, comfortable linens on the beds, and amazingly fluffy towels in the powder rooms. The stairs may be difficult for some to navigate however, we do not have any mobility challenges, so they were not a problem. The home was located close enough to town that we were able to walk to the shops and back easily. I highly recommend staying here if you like to be close to everything yet feel removed from it all. Just pack a hammock or blanket for the riverbank. : )
