With 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with hot/cold shower, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. And with two strong air-conditioning units in both rooms plus unlimited Wi-Fi, you can stay cool and connected throughout your stay.
One of the highlights of our apartment is the shared swimming pool and gym, perfect for guests who want to stay in and chill. And with access to all facilities such as the pool, gym, and recreational areas, you'll have plenty of options for relaxation and fun.

Parking is not available inside the building, but tricycles are readily available outside the building, which can take you around Dumaguete for a minimal fee.
Our apartment windows are facing a wall, so there is no spectacular view. But the good news is that you can walk out the main gate, and you'll have a full view of the sea!
Please note that our unit is managed by the owner and is not a "hotel-managed space." Therefore, there's no daily cleaning/change of linens/sheets/towels.
Please be informed that a caretaker will check the unit prior to checkout.
We keep the costs down due to these limitations.
