Popular Attractions like Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain, Dunn's River Falls, and more. This villa is designed for guests to feel at home, peaceful, safe, and relaxed from long hours of fun.

Welcome to our brand new island-style gated villa. This villa can accommodate 7. You will love the comfort and 24/7 security.
3 bedrooms with Queen-size beds, AC units, and smart TVs, 2 full-size bathrooms, and free high-speed Wifi with Netflix included.
The living area has a lounge pull-out sofa, indoor dining table, and a guest's kitchen that has all of the amenities needed to cook in the comfort of home. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and a remodeled kitchen with counter space and a comfortable screen outdoor lounge area.
A peaceful infinity pool, clubhouse, and playground that are steps away.
15-20drive away from Ocho Rios and an hour and 20 minutes away from Montego Bay (MBJ) airport and close to many attractions and excursions.

Oasis at the Palms
This property was balanced in its decor and ambiance. It actually felt very comfortable. Coreen is such a thoughtful host, providing plenty of towels and toiletries. The entire property was warm and welcoming, just like the rest of Richmond Estate. Our stay was uneventful, though plenty of rain dampened it! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the accommodations of our wonderful host.
