Nice Condo. This apartment is located on the 4th floor. This place is simply 😍.

Located in the heart of the entertainment district. This 4th floor condo, will match all your vacation needs. The view from the balcony of downtown is spectacular. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There is a crab restaurant downstairs. There is a pizza place downstairs. There is a very nice bar downstairs called Taste 2. The riverfront is within walking distance. The new waterpark is right up the street. The Rosa Parks museum is within walking distance along with the legacy museum. Come and enjoy the new rejuvenated entertainment district! There is a brand new liquor store across the street. There is plenty of parking in our building. It cost $5 to park, it's worth having peace of mind, knowing that your car will be safe. I have basic Direct TV, I have the Starz app active with the Roku television. There is a brand new Italian restaurant across the street. If your looking for healthier options there is Island Delight and Plant Bae, all within walking distance. I have a coffee maker and a blender. There is a Washer and a Dryer inside the apartment. There is a dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The space us extremely clean, it's spotless. Pest control comes in the apartment every month to spray. The couch in the living is very comfortable. The dining room table is very welcoming. I have pots, pans, and dishes if you want to cook. I have clean brand new towels and washcloths. I provide hand soap, regular soap, and shampoo. There is plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There are also lots of cleaning supplies. I have a small radio in the living room that anyone is free to use. In order to enter the building I give you a key fob, which is basically a card. Once you enter walk to the elevator and go to the 4th floor. Get off the 4th floor and walk to the left where you will open the door with the key that I will also provide.
