Garden Patio Home in Chandler, AZ

Welcome to my home! I live in this home but not when rented. My home is in a quiet community in N. Chandler, AZ. I do not allow pets. The home feels spacious with 3 bedrooms (1 BR is an office), 2 bathrms & vaulted ceilings. I have a beautiful slt wtr aquarium. The back yard has a large patio, fire pit, fountain, elec fireplace, flowers and very private. There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 2 car max.
The space
Guests can use all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and garage. Also backyard and patio. One bedroom is an office and has a sofa but no bed. A twin size air bed is available to use.
Guest access
Guests can use all rooms, as well as the community pool (not heated), hot tub, pickle ball, basketball and tennis courts.
Other things to note
This is a part-time rental. I live in the home so my belongings are in the home. There is a salt water aquarium and I will want you to feed the fish once or twice a day. The community pool is not heated and is comfortable for most between the months of June - September. I have outside flowers and plants that I may need you to water. The community area has a basketball area, tennis and pickle ball courts. I have a basketball and tennis rackets/balls you can use. There is a second smart TV in the office.
I have a crock pot, instant pot, blender, electric skillet, juicer, hand electric mixer, over 30 spices, coffee and tea. I have a few toys such as LEGOs, and other things for small children. I have games including Sequence (large format), backgammon, Yahtzee, cards, monopoly, chess, checkers.
