Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated property in Jersey city. This modern and stylish space is designed to provide you with the ultimate comfort and convenience during your stay. With ample sunlight pouring in, you'll feel right at home in our clean and contemporary surroundings. Our recreational centre with a foosball table and games is sure to provide fun for the whole family. And don't miss our infamous gallery wall, showcasing 6 of the top artists that were born right here in Jersey City.

About the neighbourhood:
Journal Square in Jersey City is a highly convenient neighborhood for exploring nearby locations such as Liberty State Park, the Hudson Waterfront, and numerous cafes. With the added benefit of being walking distance to both the Journal Square PATH and bus stations, it's an ideal location for those who want to easily navigate to and from other parts of the city. Additionally, the presence of popular establishments like Starbucks adds to the overall convenience and accessibility of the area. Overall, Journal Square is a prime destination for anyone seeking a centralised location with plenty of amenities and attractions nearby.

Getting around :
The nearest bus stop is just a short walk away, and the Journal Square PATH train station is also within walking distance. From there, you can easily reach popular destinations like Manhattan, Hoboken, and Newark.

Great stay in this well stocked beautiful unit!

We came for a long weekend to the area and had a great stay at this beautiful unit! We had an event in Hoboken and in Manhattan and they were a short 15 minute ride. There were many lovely features and lots of amenities. We were a family of five with a teenage daughter, and she especially enjoyed the expansive full finished basement with essentially her own bedroom, living room, playroom and suite :-) and the rest of us were very comfortable on the main level. The bathrooms, kitchen and living room are all modern and beautiful. There are several large televisions throughout the unit with streaming service, and we enjoyed having nice luxuries like shampoo and conditioner in the showers and the coffee service in the kitchen. The neighborhood is urban but that was fine and it was great that the unit came with a parking spot in their driveway.

Could’ve Been Better

Upon entry the unit is very nice! Top floor is clean, minus a few issues I’ll bring up later, and adequate. However, the lower level wasn’t as nice. First and major issue with the basement was the small window next to the stairs. IT DOES NOT LOCK! Honestly this was a huge security issue, as there is no screen window and anyone could slide the window open and come right in. Only plus this issue was the ability to lock the basement door. I was also able to use one of the cutting board to jam the window so it wasn’t possible to slide open. I hope whoever did your construction fixes this issue and for your management team to do a full security sweep before listing the property up again. Second issue with basement level was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were hair all over the floor and bathtub still. And for all bathrooms in the unit, none of the trash bins were emptied before our arrival. I’m not sure why you guys are charging a cleaning fee when clearly they aren’t doing their job correctly. We had no real complaints with the main floor. The bedrooms were clean and had plenty of blankets. Bathrooms/showers were fully stocked, again only issue was the remaining trash in the bathroom bins. Kitchen was clean and had basic kitchenware. It would’ve been nice to have extra paper towel rolls provided to us though. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. If you improve cleanliness and more importantly, the safety, this would improve the rating.
