In the dining area, there's a comfortable space at the bar and dining room table for enjoying meals together.

The laundry room which includes a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board that is located off the kitchen.

The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a luxurious reclining sofa with two built-in recliners, and a loveseat, access to Wi-Fi and both wireless and Ethernet connections. Entertainment options include an Amazon Fire TV and cable TV, along with streaming services like Hulu (account required). Climate control is managed through a thermostat, air conditioner, and heater for year-round comfort. We also provide a nice comfy cot.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a dresser for your clothes during your stay, and includes cable TV for your viewing pleasure. Step out onto the inviting back porch directly from the bedroom, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The master bathroom adjoins the bedroom. Indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the jetted tub or refresh yourself in the jetted tub-shower combo.

The toilet is located in a separate room adjoining the bathroom for added privacy.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a dresser, and a spacious closet complete with hangers, extra blankets, a fan, and a comfortable cot is available for an additional guest.

Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.

The Foothills (COA) is quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.
