Welcome to your spacious and modern retreat at Sequoia! Just 12 min to the park, even less to Lake Kaweah & hiking/biking trails. After exploring, unwind in the hot tub, walk 10 mins to the river & restaurants or cook on the patio or fully stocked kitchen.
All new everything - spa, BBQ, EV charger, linens. Remodeled kitchen, bathroom, patio.
Relax with central AC in 3 king beds, four 4K TVs, blazing internet.
Great for families - crib, toddler mattress, high chair, bunk beds, playground nearby.

This two story home is spacious, modernly designed, and renovated throughout, with special attention to large groups and families. It is uniquely located a 3 minute walk to a kids playground and 10 minute walk to the river and riverside restaurants/bars. If you will be traveling by EV, enjoy a level 2 charger and leave your range anxiety at home.

After exploring Sequoia National Park and the surrounding beauty, relax by taking a dip in the spa, then make your way into the modern living room with 70" 4K TV under a ceiling fan or with central AC/heat. Ultra high speed internet (not common in the area) and a mesh WiFi network will ensure your videoconferences, TV watching/gaming will go uninterrupted, wherever you are in the home.

Enjoy cooking on a newly constructed patio with pergola to abate the heat while you grill on the BBQ, listen to the nearby river, and mingle with your close ones. You may regularly see various wildlife like turkeys, woodpeckers, bluejays, deer, and the rare roadrunner if you get lucky! As an avid cook myself, you will find the recently remodeled kitchen well stocked with anything you need to cook and ample dining space for a large group.

All bedrooms have brand new high quality memory foam mattresses, and USB charge ports. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, 4K TV and access to a full bathroom . Upstairs is the remodeled bathroom with tub and the remaining three bedrooms. The master has a king bed, large screen 4K TV, balcony with outdoor seating, mountain views throughout, ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet. The next bedroom also has a king bed, 4K TV and ceiling fan. The final bedroom has three twin beds arranged in a bunk with trundle. Great as a kids room or several adults to share.

You will find a pack-and-play in the closet, along with a toddler mattress for those with kiddos. There is also kids dinnerware as well as a high chair if you have a little one.

Our family had a great stay in Three Rivers. The home was cozy, fun, and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, video games in the garage, and the general layout of the home.

Great rental! Proximity to sequoia NP was great. Many good places to eat - some in walking distance. The house had everything we needed including toys and books for an infant. Spacious bedrooms and well stocked kitchen were appreciated. Host communication was always prompt.

Great stay near Sequoia National Park& Kings Canyon

We stayed for three nights. We toured for two days and were happy to have the hot tub to come home to. The house was clean and comfortable and communication from the host was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Friends and kids getaway

Great proximity to the Three Rivers main drag and the park gate. The kids loved the arcade in the garage and the mattresses were infredibly comfortable. No shortage of space or TVs so everyone could relax. Would definitely stay again

Sequoia Adventure

We found the property to be just perfect for a great trip to be able to visit the Sequoia National park! Close to the park entrance, nice to be able to relax at the end of a day full of excitement, touring the park. Property was clean and had enough rooms and beds, for 8 adults to sleep comfortable.

Family Trip

Jared's place was perfect for our needs and comfortably slept our family of four, plus four grandparents. The beds were comfortable and the living space and dining room table were perfect for games and family time. Close to parks, restaurants, and the river, we had a great time. Jared was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Wonderful home and experience.

This was a wonderful rental. Beautiful home, very comfortable, great amenities, very clean. Very simple and easy communication with the host. It is an ideal rental in Three Rivers and near the Sequoia entrance.

Very nice house in beautiful environment

The house is located at Three Rivers, a small town in Tulare County. We came here for a rafting trip, which was very fun. The house is very clean and comfortable. Everything worked, and the owner is very responsive. Very nice house for a family outing.

Hikers haven in Three Rivers

We hiked at Sequoia and Kings Canyon and this was a great base camp. Very gracious and communicative host. Great recommendation on local brewery, River View on Kaweah River. Hot tub was great. Steep drive short and easy to navigate. Big rooms, good kitchen area. Decks lovely.

A perfect house near the Sequoia

The house is very spacious and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything was clean and in very good condition. Bathrooms and rooms as well. A great place to stay for 4 adults and 5 kids/teens.It was very easy to communicate with Jared. I would definitely be back the next time we're heading to the area!

Fantastic Home in Three Rivers

This is a lovely, spacious four-bedroom home; three bedrooms on the second level and one on the main level where the kitchen, dining and living rooms are. One full bath up and one full bath down. Well-appointed kitchen. Light-filled common areas. Very comfortable. Parking for multiple cars is a little challenging but not a deal breaker. Host is easy to communicate with and accommodating.
