We are located less than a mile from the famous Swamis Beach in Encinitas. Walk to local village boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, the rail trail, and the train station. This 1-bedroom unit has its own private, gated entrance with a private patio area. Enjoy the warm summer evenings on the furnished patio. Enjoy the beach life and the charm of Encinitas at a great location you cannot beat. This unit is rented by the month, enjoy your extended vacation.

Very clean inside and also in the patio/courtyard area. The unit feels very new and quite secure. The host is excellent - very helpful and communicative. Good freeway access and a very short drive to grocery, downtown Encinitas and the beach. I would readily recommend this unit for singles or couples (due to the size of the ADU).

Perfect Summer Stay – Kid-Friendly, Great Location, Amazing Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Cardiff/Encinitas property! Traveling with two young kids under 10, the setup was ideal—clean, neat, and well-organized. The pull-out couch was comfortable for the kids, and the outdoor play area was a big hit.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and very family-friendly, making it a perfect base for our summer adventures.A special shoutout to the host, who was incredibly responsive and offered great hospitality throughout our stay. This spot was exactly what we needed, and we’d happily return!

Awesome Spot in Encinitas!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property through VBRO, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and the warm welcome made us feel right at home. The property itself was newly furnished — clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, walking distance to the beach and easy access to local attractions. The host was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our experience. We can't recommend this property enough and will definitely be returning for another unforgettable vacation. Relaxation Retreat

This was the perfect spot for this years vacation break with some remote work fit in as well. A short drive to the beach for fun, sunsets and meditation. Lots of close activities, hiking, tours, shops and restaurants as well as access to business resources if needed (printing and copies in my case). This is a newly remodeled place in tip top condition, I would highly recommend this property.
