Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Prime location in Wyandotte, MI. Close to shops, restaurants, the local mall, parks, 20 minutes from Detroit Metropolitan Airport, 6 minutes from the Detroit River, 5 mins from Downtown Wyandotte, 20 minutes from Downtown Detroit, 25 minutes from the Detroit Riverwalk/ View of Canada.

This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Inside you will find a spacious floorplan with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom referred to the Golden Room has a queen-sized bed equipped with two bedside nightstands, and the second bedroom referred to the Diamond Room has a full-sized bed. The living room has a comfortable couch, an electric fireplace, and a TV equipped with an endless number of streaming channels at your fingertips. This is a nice quiet place to stay while visiting town. After your night out come back and relax. This is a nice quiet place to unwind, relax, get rest, or get caught up on work.

There is an office corner equipped with a printer and a phone charging base. The rustic style kitchen has fully stocked custom built in beverage, coffee, and breakfast bars. The built-in bar includes a mini refrigerator, fruit cooler, and is equipped with all the tools you need to make your favorite cocktail. Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay.

Peaceful home and neighborhood

Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The hostess was very quick to respond. The TV was easy to use and was well equipped for streaming and local TV.

Calming, clean place to rest

The host was easy to communicate with, and responsive to requests; the neighborhood is pleasant and tidy; the house has enough sparkle to the decor to be uplifting but not overdone. Comfortable and comforting.

Bad place to stay

The host was very mean and don’t know how to communicate she ruined everything and it was my birthday I ain’t even enjoy my stay. If people having birthday party I’m not recommending y’all to book it and I ain’t even stay till the second day and I ain’t get no refund they stole my money

I was not mean, and my communication was very clear. BEFORE you reserved the property, you asked if you could host a birthday party for 20 people. I told you BEFORE you booked it, that the property is too small to host that many people. You decided to book the property anyway. You purposely blocked my security cameras and threw a party with almost 50 guests in my 2-bedroom house. I never authorized a party at my property for that many people. You purposely broke the house rules therefore your reservation was cancelled with no refund. Your money was not stollen. Next time follow the rules and book an event hall that is appropriate for the number of people in your party; not a 2-bedroom private residence, especially after the owner specifically said the house is too small to host that many guests.

It seemed like the house was not being maintained and barely anything was done to turn it over for us after the last guests. Outside: Porch railing was extremely loose, trash receptacle outside full to overflowing, lawn furniture and fire pit covered in debris, grass was high, even the glass top table on the covered porch was filthy. Inside: House was dirty - debris on floors and rugs, tub was slippery/had a tub ring, house smelled bad, living room sofa and chair were smelly, with dried liquid stains on them, Broken outlet plate, arcing inside. Worse, kitchen sink didn't drain properly, and leaked underneath. Garbage disposal didn't work, kitchen exhaust fan didn't work, old food in the fridge and freezer, freezer iced up (gasket issue), dirty coffeemaker with used pod in it, gas stove didn't work...no paper towels, no ice maker as advertised. Worst part about it all: Host said she'd get someone to fix the sink, never did, and when we contacted her about that and other problems we'd subsequently found, she ghosted us entirely. Terrible experience. I'd go into more detail, but am limited to 1500 characters here.
