Tourists can savor traditional Egyptian food at places like Abou El Sid or opt for western restaurants like Fuddruckers, Longhorn Texas, and Chili's which are also in close proximity. Additionally, there are popular fast-food chains such as Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, McDonald's, and KFC located within 5 minutes of our home.

Shopping: New Cairo is home to several shopping centers located very close to our residence, such as Cairo Festival City Mall (20 minutes away) and Point 90 Mall (10 minutes away). These malls offer a wide range of shops that sell everything from high-end fashion to local souvenirs, providing visitors with plenty of shopping options.

New Cairo is located in close proximity to several historical sites, including the Pyramids of Giza (only 55 minutes away), the Sphinx (40 minutes away), and the Egyptian Museum (just 35 minutes away). These sites offer visitors a unique opportunity to learn about Egypt's rich history and witness some of its most iconic landmarks.

Entertainment: New Cairo offers a wide range of entertainment options for tourists, including cinemas and theaters that are just 15 minutes away. There are also several amusement parks in the area, such as the Family Park which is just 5 minutes away. Family-friendly attractions like Magic Planet and KidZania are also just 15 minutes away, providing fun for all ages.

The American kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook a gourmet meal, including quality pots and pans, all cooking utensils, plates and dishes, blender, toaster, built-in stove, built-in microwave, and large fridge. Additionally, we have an LG clothes washer, clothes dryer, and dishwasher to make your stay comfortable. The property also boasts a 75" Samsung TV and Samsung sound system in the reception area, as well as a Samsung smart TV in the master bedroom (both with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included).

This elegant apartment offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe closet, built-in closet, and a private full bathroom. The second room features a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, a vanity/dresser, and a stool, while the third bedroom has two beds, a wardrobe, and a desk. Additionally, custom LED colored accent lighting throughout the house creates a unique ambiance that sets the mood for relaxation and comfort.

The living room is furnished with a large sectional and two chairs, providing ample seating for a family. The modern dining room table is equipped with eight chairs, and the balcony offers a lovely view of the expansive garden located in front of the property. Additionally, guests have access to two full bathrooms, including a private bathroom located in the master bedroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with custom tile and porcelain.


Transportation: New Cairo has good transportation links, including several bus routes, taxis, and ride-hailing services such as Uber and Careem. Tourists can also use the Cairo Metro Line 3 to travel around the city.

All guests that will be staying in property will need to provide a passport copy before check-in for foreigners or a local state ID for Egyptian nationals

Married couples only would be allowed to stay in property (per Egyptian Law and Cultural norms) and guests would need to provide Marriage certificate before check-in. Groups of men or women are also allowed to stay in the property but no guest of the opposite sex would be allowed to enter property during stay.
