Sandy Oaks is a breathtaking 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on the sound side of the island in the beautiful locality of Atlantic Beach! It has everything you need for a spectacular week at the beach!
Sandy Oaks shares a half-acre connecting lot with its sister property, Salty Oaks, which has an observation deck, firepit, and an abundance of open space for running, playing, or hanging with friends and family.
It is within walking distance to Homerâs Point Marina, The Crab Shack, Anchor Drafthouse, Willis Seafood Market, and Dollar General. With room for boat parking, an expansive covered deck, and more, Sandy Oaks is the ideal oasis to escape while taking in the fresh island atmosphere and admiring some stunning 250-year old oak trees!
Master Bedroom #1 has a King Bed, TV, and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed, TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds and a TV. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bathroom, which is located down the hall from the bedroom.
Bedding Includes: 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins
Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are four flat-screen TVs throughout the home with Roku access, which helps to accommodate all of your entertainment and streaming needs. Chill out on your furnished, covered deck, or help yourself to a snack or home-cooked meal from the fully-equipped kitchen. The home is also equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer for the utmost convenience!
Special Note: The fireplace is not for guest use. Please do not use it during your stay.
Sandy Oaks borders Salter Path County Park, which has a baseball field that can be seen from the house. The park also has a new playground, picnic area with ample tables and opportunities for grilling out, and a basketball court. The home is also within walking distance of many eateries, shops, and more!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyâs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
