This is a garden level unit with your own entrance on our private 1/2 acre. It is a perfect place if you work from home, write, create or simply want to be amongst nature.

We would love to share our beautiful garden level unit with you!

This is a brand new renovated unit, 12 ft ceilings, windows throughout overlooking nature.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom w/ a tall rain shower head and hand held with excellent water pressure. Shower + bathtub.

Large bedroom has a queen size bed and smaller bedroom has a full size daybed and trundle with mattress.

Open concept kitchen with bar seating, brand new appliances, including dishwasher and refrigerator with water filtration system. Dining table and bar each seat 4.

Living room has the most comfortable couch to relax on and a smart tv. (We have Amazon prime and Netflix subscriptions)

The house is set on 1/2 acre.
The deck has a private outdoor hot tub tucked away from neighbors yet with outside scenic views. The hot tub is chemical free and cleaned through an ozonation system.

Parking is in front of the house on a paved driveway. During winter the roads are plowed by the community services.

Amenities included within our gated community: (gym, 2 indoor pools, ski hill w/lift and tubing hill (seasonal) 4 outdoor pools (seasonal), 2 indoor pools, hot tubs, restaurant, tennis courts (indoor/outdoor) basketball courts, racquetball, playgrounds, pond w/boats (seasonal)

We are a 15 minute walk to the restaurant, indoor/outdoor pool, gym, indoor tennis/racquetball courts, sled and ski hill (with lift) You can rent all ski/snowboard equipment here. Season pass for skiing $10!

Our place is family friendly and we can provide toys, games, books, swimming gear, sleds and more for your kiddos! We have a pack n play for infants/toddlers to sleep in.

The garden unit is only for the person/persons booked. No other overnight guests allowed during your stay without approval. Any additional visitors must be approved by us 24 hours in advance. We must register any guests driving in at the security gate. No parties.

A full house manual + community rules will be emailed to you at booking.

We do not live at the main house full time and will be coming up occasionally.
You will only share the laundry room with us on the second level. It is in its own room and has its own private entrance from your level and private entrance from our level.
