**$130/night Base rate ($200/night base rate holidays) includes the home to yourself, MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. All other rooms and bathrooms will otherwise be locked unless fee is paid. Additional bedroom with bathroom is $30/room/night.

Only the master bedroom, bathroom, and main living areas will be cleaned and ready for your stay at the base rate. Although you will have the entire home to yourself, if you require an additional bedroom please message, as it is an additional $30/room/night. A total of 3 bedrooms are available at the residence. The extra fee is paid in cash when you arrive.

Your dogs are welcome to stay at the property for a fee of $20/pet/night with a Max fee of $100/stay/pet. That fee can be paid via cash when you arrive.

This home is zero entry (has no stairs to enter) and does have ADL bars in bathroom and shower.

Located on 17 acers only three miles from town and less than a half mile to the Pine Line Recreation Trail.

Guest access
You will have the entire residence to yourself: Spacious heated garage (one stall), open concept kitchen, dining and living room with fireplace, and of course the private master bedroom with attached bathroom.

Other things to note
There are outside animals on the property- cows and horses. There is someone who will be on the property every morning to do chores, they do not enter the residence.

As a person who travels for work myself, I have opened my home where I live with my children, to others who are traveling to the Medford, WI area. Please understand that I live in this space, so the closet in the master bedroom has clothing hung, and a bank of drawers in the bathroom has personal products.
