This beautiful cozy vacation home away from home with private pool is located in a great neighborhood. Less than 3 miles to Disneyland, Anaheim Packing District, Anaheim Convention Center & Knott’s Berry Farm with easy access to freeways into Downtown Los Angeles. Walking distance to big shopping centers and great restaurants. Great for big families to stay in.

Great house with beautiful pool and build in barbecue grill for those that are planning a trip to Disneyland or a weekend.
+ The pool only can be heated from November to April. Please let me know one day before. We charge $180 for the first day, $100 per day.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 9:30pm - 8am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio etc) are off limits during this time.

Family visit to LA , Disneyland and Universal Studios

Excellent week for grand parents and families of 2 daughters, 5 chidren in total.

House is clean and host is easy to communicate with and accessible. However, if host would provide better clean and quality shampoo and condition, the place would be even better. All the shampoo and condition look rather on the discussing and dirty side. Some of us went out to buy our own shampoo and condition to use.

Annual cousin retreat

The house was clean and neat, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. The kids enjoyed having their own rooms, which allowed for a sense of independence and privacy, and they had a fantastic time playing in the pool. The house was tidy and well-organized, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, providing a peaceful backdrop for our getaway. However, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was the presence of a homeless individual near the corner, one block down. While this was a concern, it didn’t overshadow the overall experience; we still had a great day filled with laughter and fun. Enjoying the house’s amenities and making memories together made it all worthwhile. Overall, it was a lovely retreat, and we left with wonderful memories! Carol was incredibly pleasant and always prompt in responding to my messages, which made communication so much easier and enjoyable.

Great location, lovely pool and 3 bathrooms!! Plenty of lounging space.

The home is well kept for it being an older build. The 3 bathrooms were amazing. The beds were not comfortable and pretty firm. My back was killing me about the 4th night, took me 30 minutes to be able to move in the morning. The kitchen is not stocked with every day usage stuff like aluminum foil, baggies and plastic wrap. Luckily we didn't cook much so it wasn't too bad. I purchased baggies and left them for future renters. No coffee or sugar was available either, which I have always had at every other rental through the years. The toaster which we did use each morning was terrible, only browns on one side so I had to do one side and flip the toast over to brown the other side....took awhile to do simple toast!!! Please purchase a new toaster, they are not too expensive. Lots of bedding and extra pillows which was great. I ended up washing towels through the week, there wasn't enough for showers and the pool each day. Which was ok, but pool towels would be great. The hand soap in the bathrooms was not good soap, it took a lot to get any bubbles and to feel clean...I ended up purchased other to use through out our stay along with toilet paper. No biggie really, just wanted to mention it. Carol was awesome and easy to get ahold of when I needed to. I appreciate her acknowledging my texts fast.
