Can you dig it? Circa 75 is a vintage-inspired space that sprinkles sensational seventies nostalgia with the Jeston-style conveniences of today. Want to plug-in? We have high-speed fiber internet and smart tvs in most rooms. Want to un-plug? We've got books, records, games, coloring books, and more. Cook for family & friends in the newly renovated kitchen, and enjoy your morning coffee or tea on our secluded outdoor patio, complete with a firepit and BBQ grill.

Two living spaces give you plenty of room to spread out. Our retro inspired living room features a record player with classic albums, 70" smart TV, sofa, loveseat, and recliner. A separate den area is inspired by a classic "rumpus room" and features a convertible futon sleeper, 50" smart TV, and lots of puzzles and games. Thanks to its french doors, this room can also be used as private sleeping quarters.

Inspired bedrooms balance comfort with whimsical charm. The master suite, Stevie’s Room, takes its cues from the beautiful wooded view outside its window. It is decorated in calming green, cream, grey, and neutral tones. The room has a king-sized bed, 40” tv, and ample space to set up a Pack & Play or portable bed. An antique bentwood rocking chair, original art, cozy blankets, and books complete the peaceful vibe. The freshly renovated en-suite bathroom contains double sinks and a separate tub/toilet area.

Two additional bedrooms have queen memory foam beds, 40” smart tvs, spacious closets, and character to spare. “Marsha’s Room” is a cheerful space with fresh as a daisy charm, and “Lola’s Room” is a funky modern space with clean lines and a touch of glam. Need a little extra sleep space? We have a surprisingly comfortable twin-sized memory foam floor mattress that will do in a pinch. Just let us know if you need it and we'll set it out for you.

Our dining area is set up to comfortably seat 6 guests. Need more room? Pull up a chair or two- just grab them from the den. Need even more room? Let us know and we will add a leaf to the table before you arrive. You'll have ample space for family meals, games, and conversation.

Feel a world away in our outdoor patio space, where you will be surrounded by towering trees and wide expanses of fresh green grass. Watch closely and you are sure to spy lots of birds and squirrels. If you're lucky, you will even see a few rabbits.

The entire house, carport, grounds, and patio area are yours to enjoy. We do have a few locked closets that you will not be able to access.

Circa 75 is located on 1 acre at the end of a quiet street in a small neighborhood. While we want you to have lots of fun at Circa 75, we also ask that you are respectful of our neighbors. No overly loud music or wild parties are allowed.
