Come share the love! Stay in our quintessential Victorian home, circa 1885. We have owned our home for 25 years and hosting guests is our passion! We provide breakfast, concierge services, and whatever else you may need. The town is full of walkable delights: art galleries, shops, restaurants, and a nearby path where goats, sheep, and llamas roam. If you want to visit the country but stay in a village this is the perfect spot. Plus, your 'Serendipity Guest House' hosts are a nurse and a Chef, so we know how to take excellent care of you!

Beautiful accommodation. Kind and Helpful Hosts.
Loved the setting in a small town within 30 minutes of Old Rag Mountain (popular hiking spot). The hosts were so helpful with info on dining options in the area and in towns within 10 minutes drive. In this very town, there are restaurants within a few short blocks, including a delicious bakery/coffee shop. Accommodations were perfect. The room and private bathroom were immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Loved the Kuerig and supply of coffee!!! And lastly, had an amazingly specially prepared breakfast by the host which was the highlight of the stay. My only regret, is that I did not take a picture!!!

Wonderful Shenendoah Retreat!
We visited Veronika’s property on a stop to Shenendoah and had the most amazing time! She was very helpful to provide recommendations around town and the check in process was easy. We had no idea that Washington VA had such a beautiful historic downtown, so it was a huge plus to be able to walk to the bakery in the morning and explore. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming as can be
Veronika and Jeff’s place is so beautifully decorated and charming as all get out. I absolutely loved the aesthetic of the home, and my room was just precious. I stayed in the suite upstairs and it has an en-suite bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. The shower was great. The bed was great. The location was great. Everything was great. Highly recommend and would stay again.
