Welcome to your beautiful brick house in the heart of Jersey City- Liberty state park. This classic home boasts all the charm and character of a bygone era, while still offering all the modern amenities you need for comfortable living.

As you step through the front door, you`ll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area, complete with gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of natural light. The open floor plan makes it easy to entertain friends and family.

The kitchen with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for storage, will have everything you need to create delicious dishes.

Upstairs, you`ll find 3 bedrooms, each with plenty of closet space and natural light. The updated bathrooms are sleek and stylish, with modern fixtures and finishes that are sure to impress.

With easy access to all the best that Jersey City and NY has to offer, you`ll never run out of things to do or places to explore.

Guest will have access to the house but please be sure to reserve the right number of guests.

We will try to support our guests as much as possible, but please note last minute request may need additional costs (I.e. changing the guests numbers at last minute).

** RULES**

- Booking is per person, please make sure to select the right number of people. The house will be arranged based on the reservation.
- We will try to accommodate last minute request but please take in consideration we may need to apply charges.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house. If smoke sensor in the house is removed we will apply a penalty fee ($450)! We will be notify automatically.
- Parties are not allowed
- Only booked people are allowed to enter in the house
Parking is street parking. No car parking on Friday and Tuesday on the house side of the street (we are not responsible if you get a ticket). On these days free parking is on the opposite part of the street!!
Any broken item, burned, missing will be charged

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please take a moment to review and follow these house rules.

🔹 Booking & Guest Policy
• The reservation is per person – please select the correct number of guests when booking.
• The house will be arranged according to the number of registered guests.
• Only registered guests are allowed inside the home. No unregistered visitors are permitted.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
• Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.
• Tampering with or removing the smoke detector will result in an automatic $450 penalty fee.

🎉 No Parties or Events
• Loud music, large gatherings, and parties are NOT allowed.
• Guests must respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times.

🗑 Trash Collection:
• Thursday – Paper, plastic, and cans
• Wednesday & Sunday – Mixed waste

🚗 Parking Reminder:
🚫 No parking on street cleaning days.

🧹 Street Cleaning Schedule:
• House side: Tuesday & Friday
• Opposite side: Monday & Thursday

🔧 Damages & Missing Items
• Any broken, burned, missing, or damaged items will be charged accordingly.
• Please report any accidental damages as soon as possible.

🛎️ Last-Minute Requests
• We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, but please note that additional fees may apply (e.g., changes to guest count).

📌 General Courtesy & Cleanliness
• Keep the house in a reasonable condition before checkout. Excessive mess may result in an extra cleaning fee.
• Dishes must be placed in the dishwasher before departure.
