Our 720 sq ft private guest house is centrally located in the heart of the Las Vegas Valley. Less than 5 minutes away from Boca Park & Tivoli Village in Summerlin, you'll have a short drive to a plethora of amazing restaurants, parks, bars, and much more!

We are 15 minutes from the Strip and 13 minutes from Red Rock Canyon where you can enjoy several mountainous hiking trails.
The space
While most casitas are just a room and bathroom..think of ours as a Casita on Steroids!

It is completely detached from the main house and sits back 80ft from the road. It features 10ft ceilings, keypad entry (so you wont need to carry keys around), a kitchen with Stainless appliances, a laundry nook with washer & dryer, living room with 55" Smart TV, and a HUGE walk-in-closet with a vanity and mirror. The bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a 37" Smart TV. There is also a nice tile shower with bench in the bathroom. This guesthouse takes Quiet & Private to a whole new level!
Guest access
Our guests will have complete privacy in their own guest house. Unlimited parking on the street in front of the property or driveway allows for multiple vehicles. You have your own private gated entry to the backyard, and outdoor seating area. You may come and go as you please 24/7 without crossing paths with us. **We do not live in Las Vegas! This is a vacation home for us. Please keep this in mind when booking, as we will not be at the residence but a few times a year. You will only have access to us via phone**
Other things to note
I have a small dog on the property you may see from time to time. She will not bother you!
