When you aren't lounging and watching yellow, pink, and orange hues fill the sky, head for the backyard, where a patio, ample seating, and a gas grill provide the perfect space to host cookouts! The screened, first-level wraparound porch is also a prime location to host crab feasts or barbecues while looking out onto the water.

Surrounded by mature landscaping, you will feel right at home when you pull into the driveway of this lovely house. Step inside and instantly notice the bright living area adorned with soft seating and a large TV. The full, well-equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef amongst the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances, whereas the large formal dining table is the perfect spot to eat as a family.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
