This was a perfect neighborhood close to the walking/biking trail and was close to where we needed to be. The home was spacious and comfortable and it was easy to work remotely from there. Would definitely recommend it!

This home is charming, comfortable and convenient to all Northside Indy. We were very appreciative of the hosts’ willingness to accept our furry family member. The well-kept yard and lovely neighborhood made for great walks. The hosts provided everything necessary to make the stay feel like a home away from home—even a garage space and bicycles!

Great neighborhood

Beautiful neighborhood very near to everything we needed to do. The property was clean and had everything a rental should. There is an oil diffuser which releases a very strong odor when you first enter, and being pregnant, I definitely could have done without that! But everything was great - bonus was seeing lightning bugs in the yard in the evenings.

Rented before it was ready

The unit is a duplex and the other side wasn't finished yet so construction was going on all day. The plumbing was clogged and Amy knew ot was because she messaged me stating the washer overflows into the tub. I checked out early and wouldn't stay hete again.

Highly recommend!

Inviting layout, comfortable beds, thoughtful touches and smartly furnished place! The location to shopping in Nora is ideal. Owner was engaging when we had a question. Nice bikes for use as well! Would love to stay here again in the future.

Good space, but has fragrances

The space is very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and is good for dog walking. There is an oil diffuser with fragrance used in the living room, and the furniture holds that scent. I had asked about fragrance prior to booking the space and was told there was none, so this was unexpected and caused my partner to have asthma issues throughout our stay. If you don't have fragrance sensitivity it won't be a problem. The ceiling fan/light in the main room would turn on and off by itself, which the host said would be fixed after we left. I also picked up several screws and pieces of metal from the driveway, luckily my tires were OK. So there's definitely still work being done on the space and it's something to be aware of. Overall a good space, and appreciate that it's dog friendly. Due to the scent, we won't stay again, but it's a good space for anyone who is not impacted by fragrances.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood.

Best place we've found for visiting relatives on the north side of town. Conveniently located...walking distance to Whole Foods, Target, etc.

Great Place to Stay

The family and I stayed here while we were playing a tournament at Grand Park. Easy and convenient drive to the park and downtown. Within walking distance to the grocery and a quick drive to multiple shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
