ABOUT THE SPACE
A cozy 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home in a safe, quiet, family friendly neighbourhood with easy access to Boulder, Denver and the mountains!
Our listing as lots of fun amenities including a Nintendo Switch and an entire backyard to yourself with a corn hole set up! The neighbourhood has a basketball court, volleyball net (All balls provided) a large playground and plenty of running/walking paths all within walking distance of the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen and grill as well.
THE SPACE
A washer and dryer set are provided to you, the master room has an attached bathroom. Attached is a two-car garage available for you to use.
All 4 TVs are smart TVs with many movie and show options for free!
The Nintendo Switch has 6 controllers and has Mario, Super Smash Bros, Minecraft and Rocket League! Everything is already setup for you to use!
This is a very quiet family friendly neighbourhood; we ask to not create excess noise that would bother the neighbours. We do have a maximum limit of 6 guests at all times and will enforce a $1,000 fine for any parties of more than 6 people without prior approval.
This house does not have a basement, and the full 3-bedroom house is yours, no sort of shared spaces on the property!
We strictly prohibit any gatherings with more than 6 people during your reservation. We have a $1,000 fine for any unapproved parties of more than 6 people in the house.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We also strictly prohibit any sort of indoor smoking, any sort of smoking is only allowed in the backyard of the property
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.

Comfortable, nice, affordable

We enjoyed our stay at the Everett Court house. It is located near restaurants, shopping, and parks. This house has two living areas which gave us room to spread out. The beds were nice & comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I liked that the Host was responsive when we had questions.

Great Thanksgiving Stay

The property owner was fantastic to work with and was very flexible with our travel times. While the master bedroom was a little dirty upon our arrival, they got the cleaners out right away and got everything taken care of. Thank you!

Great location with everything you need

House has all things needed. Great family location with park and grocery nearby. Loved the neighborhood bunnies. Really liked that every room had a nice television. Would definitely stay again.

Location was good, property could use some work

We liked being close to the park and walking trails. We needed to clean the floors before we could let our 2yr old grandson play on them, very dirty, not sure where the cleaning fee goes. Luckily, we didn't need to use the ceiling fans because those were also caked with dust, lights in the bathroom had visible dead insects in them. I had borrowed a screwdriver to fix the pantry door, that was not able to open, and the garage door handle fell off in my hand so fixed that as well. Coat closet by the entry was beyond what I could fix with a screwdriver. Don't plan on setting at the dining room table for very long, we like to play cards and games and the stools are very small and uncomfortable, and not conducive for young children. Wish I could give a more positive review, just being honest.

So convenient

So close to Boulder, mountains and downtown, this gem is conveniently located and perfect for families. Great gaming systems (switch, VR headset) and backyard games as well. Teens won’t complain there’s nothing to do. Owner was responsive to needs. Ring security system and fast wifi for added peace of mind and work time.
